1. Eligibility for Returns

You have 7 days from the date you receive your goods to request a return.

Returns are only accepted under the following conditions:

  • The product is faulty, defective, or damaged upon arrival; or

  • The product delivered is incorrect (wrong item received).

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Change of mind

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Incorrect choice

  • Discounted, promotional, or sale orders

  • Orders placed during any sale period, limited-time offer, or price reduction

2. Sale and Promotional Items

Items purchased during a sale, promotion, or discounted period are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable, regardless of condition, unless the item received is faulty or incorrect.

No exceptions apply to sale-period orders.


3. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect:

  • You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Email us at support@ancayastudios.com with:

    • Your order number

    • A description of the issue

    • Clear photos or video evidence of the fault or incorrect item

Once verified, we will offer a replacement or refund according to the outcome.


4. Return Requirements

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in its original condition

  • The item must include all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and components

  • Returns without prior approval will not be accepted

  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, misuse, or alteration will not qualify


5. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

Please allow up to 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping fees, if applicable, are non-refundable.


6. Exchanges

We only offer exchanges when:

  • The product is faulty

  • The product is incorrect

  • The product falls within our approved return window

If your return is approved, we will send a replacement item at no additional cost.
